  • Classic French Louis XIV Style (1643-1715)

    Two years after assuming absolute power, Louis XIV appointed a supervisor for the royal furniture. In the letter of appointment, the king wrote, "There is nothing that indicates more clearly the magnificence of great princes than their superb palaces and their precious furniture."

    17th century style, originated from France, sophisticated style used by king and court aristocrats and rich upper bourgeoisie.
    Louis XIV is a French furniture style of rounded forms and curved lines.

  • Classic British Thomas Chippendale Late Georgian Style (1760-1811)

    Early 18th century style, started from England. Chippendale is a style of furniture designed by English cabinet maker Thomas Chippendale – after whom the style is named.

  • Neo-classic American Federal Style (1783)

    The three decades that followed the formation of the United States are referred to as the Federal era in recognition of the early development of the national government. The style of houses and furnishings created during this period was heavily influenced by the Neoclassical designs favored in Great Britain since the 1760s, which stemmed from a renewed interest in classical Greece and Rome. Federal-style decoration often showcases geometrical concepts. Elliptical, circular, and fan-shaped motifs formed by fluted radiating lines are common.

  • Neo-classic American Rustic Style (1600-1800)

    Rustic furniture basically refers to simple, natural and sturdy country style furniture designs that started gaining immense popularity during the late Victorian era.

  • Modern Minimalism Style (1980s)

    The concept of minimalist design is to strip everything down to its essential quality and achieve simplicity. Minimalism simplifies living spaces to reveal the essential quality of buildings and conveys simplicity in attitudes toward life. It is inspired from the Japanese traditional design and the concept of Zen philosophy. The basic geometric forms, elements without decoration, simple materials and the repetitions of structures can represent a sense of order and essential quality. The movement of natural light in minimalist buildings reveals simple and clean spaces.

  • Postmodern Industrial Style

    Industrial interior design is best embodied by the idea of the converted industrial loft. Original brick walls, rugged wood floors, and enormous steel windows create a sense of laid-back cool, while open floor plans and lots of natural light give these spaces an open, airy feeling.

  • Persian Style

    Iranian architecture makes use of abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. The materials used in the building’s interior include gypsum for decoration, mirrors for making inner spaces (particularly ceilings) more beautiful, thick wooden doors for protection.
